Request a licence variation
This form should only be completed by the licence holder or a relevant person associated with the property.
Inform the council of any of the following changes made since the licence was issued:-
- Change to the contact details of the licence holder*
- Change in managing agent or other party who is not the licence holder
- Alterations or extensions to the property or changes to the available amenities
- Change in the occupancy within property
*If the actual licence holder has changed you will need to request a revocation of the existing licence and submit a new application form.
